In the past several weeks there has been no shortage of media attention on the City of Hughson. When a city fires the city manager it leads to a lot of speculation on the part of the community and the media. Because most city personnel related agenda items are conducted in closed session for legal reasons, the media and the public are presented with few verifiable facts from which to make a reasoned assessment.
